FLAGRANT Display of Disobedience to Christ by "Christians";
I can picture the conversation (in John Chapter-4) of my Lord and the Samaritan woman at Jacob's well in Sychar.The woman in verse-20; mentioned how (Old Testament) people worshiped either on the Mountain or in Jerusalem. Jesus in verses 21 and following gave DIRECT Instructions of How, When and Where to worship God. (Please read the account yourself). In sheer "surprisation", modern-day Nigeria "Born-Again" in connivance with the Government of the Land and in "copy-xeroxing" Religions of the World have decided to question Jesus' Instruction and Wisdom. The WASTE of Public Funds in the Jamboree Faith (Ego) Massaging Trips to Jerusalem, Greece and Rome called "Christian" Pilgrimage is the HIGHEST Disobedience to Our Lord and Saviour.
Maybe and just maybe, that's why every GO wanna own at least a Private-Jet to enable him/her easy flights In and Out of "Holy Lands" to renew his/h
er Faith and Strength.
In some religions, Pilgrimage is a direct Injunction by the founder to its followers. Who among these our Faith-Trip "Christians" can claim same for Christianity without openly challenging the Ministry of Christ. True Christian Pilgrimage should be Carrying each others Burden and Preaching His Gospel with our Attitudes even in the midst of Persecution. If these people on Tel-Aviv bound flights are covertly seeking religious asylum, they should overtly tell us. As the only article of faith to support this trips are only hinged on "Our Share of the National Cake" doctrine. It seems our TITHES are no longer enough, they also want to be WASTING our TAXES.
Let's stop this idea of putting "New Wine" in an "Old Skin".
As our Saviour taught us, so we should LIVE!!!!!!

  1. Actually we are digressing from the truth. We sure need God's revival in our Christianity.

    WHAT KIND OF CONVERSION DOES GOD ACCEPT?
    A sincere search after the truth will lead you to the following regarding conversion:
    God has offered man salvation through Christ (Luke 19:10; Acts 4:12).
    Followers of Jesus are commanded to teach this good news (gospel) to all nations (Matthew 28:18-20).
    This gospel is “the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes” (Romans 1:16).
    Faith comes by hearing the word of God (Romans 10:17).
    A sincere faith will lead a person to repent. Repentance includes turning away from sin and turning to the Lord for salvation (Luke 13:3, 5; 24:46-48; Acts 2:38; 17:30, 31).
    You must take a public stand for the Lord. This is called confession of Christ (Matthew 10:32, 33; Romans 10:9, 10).
    At this point every person who is being converted must be baptized (immersed) in water for the forgiveness of sins (Acts 2:38; 22:16). Baptism puts a person in Christ and in His church (Acts 2:41-47).
